Application
High temperature and high pressure swing check valve is suitable for water medium pipeline and petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other medium pipeline only allow one-way flow of medium pipeline. The valve relies on the pressure of the pipeline medium flow to open or close the valve by itself, and the medium is blocked by the disc when the flow is reversed. Compared with other valve products, this series is characterized by high temperature and high pressure resistance, unique self-sealing design, the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.
Characteristic
• The shell is formed by casting or forging process, with smooth appearance and uniform structure to meet the requirements of working conditions;
• The disc uses an internal hanging structure, in addition to the cavity of self-sealing outside no external leakage point, compact structure;
• The shaft rod and rocker adopt multiple sliding pair design, and the shaft rod surface corrosion treatment, has a good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, to eliminate the phenomenon of valve disc opening and closing card;
• The valve disc and seat sealing surface are hardfaced with STL hard alloy, high temperature resistant, tight and reliable seal.
