High temperature and pressure cast steel gate valve

High temperature and high pressure cast steel gate valve is suitable for various working conditions of steam water medium pipeline and petroleum, chemical and metallurgical medium pipeline, used for media closure and isolation. Compared with other valve products, this series is characterized by high temperature and high pressure resistance, unique self-sealing design, the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.

 

• The valve adopts pressure self-sealing structure, high temperature valve adopts anti-burning-loss graphite self-sealing ring, reliable sealing, long life;

• The surface of the valve stem is treated with corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, which can effectively reduce the opening and closing moment and make the valve operation easier;

• Use braided and enhanced graphite packing to meet the sealing performance and improve the sealing strength;

• Gate can choose wedge type elastic single gate, rotary wedge type double gate structure or parallel double display board structure;

• Driving mode can be selected: manual, electric, pneumatic, turbine drive and other driving forms.
