Application
Medium and low pressure forged steel gate valve is a small diameter pipe gate valve manufactured by die forging process, used to cut off or connect the pipeline medium, choose different materials, can be respectively suitable for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media.
Characteristic
• Body adopts full forging process, uniform structure, beautiful appearance;
• The opening and closing part of the gate valve is the gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate plate moves up and down in a straight line with the valve stem.
• Gate valves are designed with two sealing surfaces, which can be sealed in both directions;
• According to the connection mode is divided into three kinds: flange connection, screw connection, welding connection, to meet different needs;
• Body materials, gaskets and fillers can be reasonably selected according to actual conditions or user requirements, can be applied to a variety of pressure, temperature and medium conditions;
• Gate valve has multiple operation modes for users to choose, mainly manual, bevel gear drive, pneumatic, electric and so on.
