Application
The rectangular damper is mainly used to adjust the flow of working medium or directly cut off the flow of working medium in the flue duct system of power plant boiler. It can play a dual role of regulating and cutting off in the system. According to usage, it is divided into flue gas desulfurization damper, regulating baffle damper, closing baffle damper, isolation door and bypass quick door. According to different uses, different structures are selected to meet the requirements of working conditions.
Characteristic
• The dimensions in the square specifications are the external section dimensions of the pipe/channel. Square air door according to the number of air door shaft has single axis, two axis, three axis, four axis and five axis five ways;
• The square air door is made of sheet metal stamping and integral welding structure, which is composed of external frame, baffle blade, sealing piece, front and rear bearings, connecting system and driver, etc.
• Airfoil baffle, using steel plate pressing, reduce resistance, improve wear resistance;
• Adopt external bearing, compact structure, flexible rotation, eliminate baffle sticking phenomenon;
• The maximum turn of the baffle is 1/4 turn, reliable and accurate;
• The sealing part adopts special structure, which has good sealing performance;
• The baffle door is bolted to the flue flange;
• Manual, worm gear, electric and other transmission modes can be used.
