Application
The valve is also known as the circular baffle door, circular closing door, circular adjustment door. The round air door is mainly used in the air duct and flue of power plant as the closure or regulating the medium flow, and can also be used in the air duct and flue of other industries. The valve can make the whole flow/truncation of a pipeline medium in the system or the medium flow change with the control. For the damper with small diameter, it has two functions of closure and medium flow regulation. For the damper with large diameter, its regulating function is not obvious, and its closure function is mainly used.
Characteristic
• According to the performance can be divided into circular closing door and circular regulating door; According to the driving mode, it can be divided into manual damper, electric damper and pneumatic damper; According to the manufacturing process can be divided into casting valve and welding valve; According to the material can be divided into cast iron round damper, carbon steel round damper and stainless steel round damper;
• Used in small units and low requirements of the occasion, the circular air door adopts butterfly valve type veneer structure, the front and rear journal of the use of internal support and external seal form, support for sliding sleeve structure;
• For high parameter occasions, the front and rear journal of the damper adopts the structure of inner seal and outer support, the special sealing packing is well sealed, no leakage, high temperature resistance, and the support adopts self-lubricating automatic self-aligning bearing, which can automatically compensate the coaxial deviation of the front and rear axle, ensuring the damper has small resistance, no sticking and flexible rotation;
• For the specification ≥DN1000 can choose multi-blade single baffle valve, multi-blade double baffle valve, and dedicated to the flue gas desulfurization system inlet, outlet and bypass circular flue gas baffle door;
• The actuator of the round damper can be directly installed on the damper body without the need for additional crank linkage mechanism;
• The baffle door is bolted to the flue flange;
• Manual, worm gear, electric and other transmission modes can be used.
