Application
Fixed ball valve is suitable for various pipelines of PN16 ~ PN420 (Class150 ~ Class2500), used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Choose different materials, can be respectively suitable for water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media. Widely used in thermal power generation, petroleum refining, long distance transport pipeline, chemical industry, paper making, pharmaceutical, water conservancy, electric power, municipal, steel and other fields.
Characteristic
• The ball of fixed ball valve is fixed, does not move after compression, the inlet and outlet two sealing rings have enough pretightening force to ensure sealing, is a double-sided forced seal.
• Superfine spherical grinding, smooth as mirror, wear and corrosion resistance, effectively reduce opening and closing moment, prolong service life;
• Full size ball valve with full channel no flow resistance design, convenient online cleaning maintenance;
• Stem with built-in, shoulder and TEflon (or enhanced graphite) thrust pad structure to prevent stem blowing due to pressure in the pipeline;
• With fire and anti-static structure, conductive spring is set between the valve stem and the valve body and between the valve stem and the ball to avoid flammable media ignited by static electricity to ensure the safety of the system;
• Valves are generally connected with flanged or butt welded;
• Drive mode is worm gear drive, manual, pneumatic or electric.
