Application
High coupling valves include type J761Y inlet hydraulic valve and type JH61Y outlet check valve. When the pipe system of the high pressure heater is broken, causing the water level to rise and reach the alarm level, the inlet valve is quickly closed, and the check valve is also quickly closed to cut off the high pressure heater, so that the high pressure heater is disaligned and the water supply is bypassed, so as to protect the high pressure heater and ensure the normal operation of the unit.
Characteristic
• Inlet hydraulic valve
Inlet hydraulic valve main way inlet is straight, divided into the upper seat seal and the lower seat seal, the upper is two small bypass, the lower way is the main way is too high, through the two sealing surface to adjust the water supply direction.
The valve is equipped with piston hydraulic device, the control medium is generally from the condensed water. The piston is divided into two water chambers, the upper part of the piston has long water, through the through hole on the piston flow to the lower water chamber discharge water outside, to clean the pipeline to prevent the role of astringent.
• Exit check valves
The outlet check valve body is consistent with the inlet valve. When the inlet valve opens and closes, the outlet check valve disc moves freely under the action of the medium to realize the opening and closing of the valve.
• Valve design with handwheel. When the valve is closed, it can be closed by hand wheel at the same time to prevent the valve from opening by mistake and increase safety. However, when the valve opening system is in normal operation, the hand wheel should be opened to the top to avoid affecting the valve opening.
