Application
The plug valve of hydrostatic test is installed on the steam pipe of superheater outlet and reheater inlet and outlet of power plant boiler, and serves as the isolation device of static hydrostatic test. In the hydrostatic test, the inner parts such as plugging plate, O-type sealing ring and support plate are loaded to realize the sealing during the hydrostatic test. After the hydrostatic test is completed, remove the pressure test inner parts and load the diversion pipe parts into the pipe for use.
Characteristic
• The valve in high temperature and high pressure conditions adopts the middle chamber pressure self-sealing structure, and the middle and low pressure adopt the middle chamber flange bolt sealing structure;
• One side of the valve body processing plane sealing surface, the block plate is equipped with o-type sealing ring, hard seal and soft seal to achieve the joint action, pressure test seal reliable;
• When the pipeline is in normal operation, it is loaded into the diversion pipe to avoid eddy current generated by the medium in the valve and reduce flow resistance. The diversion pipe is designed with a pressure plate to press the diversion pipe to avoid vibration during operation;
• Two pressure test seal pretightening bolts are designed in the center and upper part of the block plate, and the upper pretightening bolts are rotated with a general wrench. The block plate can be pretightened by using a lever, without special tools and easy to operate;
• All inner parts are loaded from the top, easy to use and maintain; Hydraulic test inner parts can be disassembled and reused for many times, reducing cost and labor intensity.
