Application
Vertical check valve is mainly used to prevent all kinds of working conditions of the media flow back, generally installed at the pump outlet, normally in the closed state, because of the pressure effect of the inlet medium in the pipeline, and overcome the spring resistance to open the valve. When the inlet medium pressure is lower than the outlet end, the spring will push the valve core to the valve seat and the valve closed, prevent the medium flow back.
Characteristic
• The shell is formed by casting process, smooth appearance, uniform structure, meet the requirements of high school and low pressure;
• Simple structure, fewer parts and light weight;
• Used for vertical installation without a spring, using the weight of the disc itself and the pressure of fluid backflow start and check function;
• Various piping flange standards and flange sealing face types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements;
• Valve body material, gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual conditions or user requirements, can be applied to a variety of pressure, temperature and medium conditions.
