High temperature and high pressure cast steel stop valve is widely used in various working conditions of steam water medium pipeline and petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other medium pipeline, used for media closure and isolation. Compared with other valve products, this series is characterized by high temperature and high pressure resistance, unique self-sealing design, the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.
Characteristic
• Body casting process molding, flow streamline, meet the requirements of high and low pressure and large diameter;
• Body valve cover adopts self-tight sealing structure, the higher the pressure, the better the sealing performance;
• The sealing surface is made of cobalt-based hard alloy to ensure high hardness and poor hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, and effectively prolong the service life;
• Straight down of valve stem, easy to open and close, slow down instantaneous friction, powerful protection of seals, prolong service life;
• The surface of the valve stem is treated with corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, which can effectively reduce the opening and closing moment and make the operation easier;
• Driving mode: manual, electric, pneumatic and other driving forms.
