Application
The product covers the working conditions of main steam and main feed water of 600MW ~ 1000MW ultra (ultra) critical units, and the pressure level can reach class4500 at most, which can meet the use of steam and water medium isolation of large-scale pipelines of main steam and main feed water of ultra (ultra) critical units.
Characteristic
• The valve body is made of the same material as the pipe, with reliable pressure and beautiful appearance;
• The gate adopts the same full-forged structure as the valve body, and the sealing surface of the gate and seat is surfacing with STL hard alloy, which is high temperature resistant and sealed tightly and reliably;
• With braided and reinforced graphite packing, press nut mounted in pairs of butterfly springs, continuous compression force, reliable stem seal;
• Anti-ablative enhanced self-sealing ring is adopted in the pressure self-sealing part of valve cover, which can seal reliably at 650℃;
• For the gate valve used for main steam parameters, the external structure of self-sealing ring pre-tightening stud is adopted to ensure the safe operation of the product under ultra-high temperature and high pressure;
• For the main steam condition, high temperature material column type support is used to improve the heat dissipation effect of the support, effectively reduce the temperature of the actuator and improve the reliability of the valve;
• For large diameter main feed water gate valves, inlet and outlet bypass valves are designed to effectively reduce the opening and closing torque.
