Application
High temperature and high pressure forged steel gate valve is suitable for various working conditions of steam water medium pipeline and petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other medium pipeline, used for medium closure and isolation function. Compared with other valve products, this series is characterized by high temperature and high pressure resistance, unique self-sealing design, the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.
Characteristic
• The valve body is made of the same material as the pipe, with reliable pressure and beautiful appearance;
• The valve adopts pressure self-sealing structure, high temperature valve adopts anti-burn loss enhanced self-sealing ring, reliable sealing, long life;
• The surface of the valve stem is treated with corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, which can effectively reduce the opening and closing moment and make the valve operation easier;
• Use braided and enhanced graphite packing to meet the sealing performance and improve the sealing strength;
• Wedge type elastic single gate, rotary wedge type double gate structure and parallel double gate structure are available;
• Driving mode can be selected: manual, electric, pneumatic, turbine drive and other driving forms.
